inclusive of supply, laying, installation, configuration of server, testing and

TERMS AND CONDITIONS:
1. The agency will submit:
A. Technical
Bid in support of its soundness to carry out the work as well as proof of
authorized vender/agent of the items mentioned may also be provided.
B. Financial Bid quoting rates of above items along with rates of any other item
required for networking may also be quoted extra.
2. No advance will be paid.
3. Payment will be made after
satisfactory completion of work and it trouble free use for at least a month.
4. Rates for Comprehensive Annual
Maintenance Contract of the Networking job done may also be quoted for item no.
1 to 10.
5. A list of client in Government sector
is to be supplied
6. The quotation complete in all respect
are to be submitted, in sealed cover latest by 4 p.m. on 21st August
