Sir,

This Division requires to hire on DLY car for official use on regular basis on all working days. In case you are interested, you may quote your rates. The following particulars may be indicated in your quotations:-

1. Charges for full day (for 8 hours and 80 kms)

2. Charges for per extra kms

3. Charges for per extra hrs

2. Sealed Quotations containing above particulars will be received at the following address upto 25-10-2012 till 3 PM.

3. The Driver should carry a mobile phone while on duty.
